The "HVAC Pipe Sizer - Liquid" application allows you to quickly size a simple pipe system by inputting a number of piping and liquid properties, including hot and chilled water (hydronic).



You can specify the total fluid flow in GPM (or L/s) and one of either unit head loss (ft/100ft), pipe internal diameter (inches) or fluid velocity (ft/s) parameters. The results include both the exact and nominal pipe diameters and the calculated velocity and total head loss. If you are analyzing an existing pipe system, there is an option to input the existing pipe internal diameter and one of either unit head loss or fluid velocity parameters to derive the calculated fluid flow and other remaining properties.

You can specify additional parameters such as the type of liquid, various properties of the liquid, the pipe material type, the total length of pipe, quantities for up to 11 different types of pipe fittings, and much more. You can also choose to display values in either english or metric units.

This application includes built-in pipe fitting equivalent length and nominal pipe sizing tables for a wide variety of pipe material types and diameters.

This application uses slider controls that allow you to quickly increment or decrement the input values and immediately observe the calculated results. You can also manually input exact values.

Lastly, you can email inputs and results to any email address.

This application was designed by Carmel Software Corporation, a leader in HVAC design software since 1995. In fact, Autodesk (the makers of AutoCAD) acquired our load calculation software and incorporated it into their leading 3D modeling software called Revit.

We are the events that begin to boil over as tempers among religions shown unfold. The turning point comes when Christians try to the library, Hypatia 's father is overrun. All this occurs while the Roman Empire still rules in Egypt, and a prefect, something like an emperor with localized forces has ultimate control over the city. This presentation of the historical story was really well done and certainly the highlight the movie for me. Place to some rough edges, there is still a lot to admire Agora. It is hugely epic in scale, and designed beautifully by director Alejandro Amenabar and his production designer Guy Hendrix Dyas. I would not be be surprised if it gets nominated for an Oscar for production design, and it certainly deserves, as the sentences were plentiful and large in scale, but also elaborately described. Agora was actually a true cinematic transport back to ancient Egypt and Amenabar deserves heaps of praise for the least drag. While the relationships in the story were underdeveloped, I could at least appreciate the visuals. - This movie has the swagger to be big-budget big-budget studio production, but it's also still a few subtleties worth appreciating thanks to the great vision of Amenabar. If a little more time in the development of the script would have stayed, maybe it could have even better. Agora also suffers ever so slightly by the Australia effect - at one point in the middle, the story jumps a few years ago, and the cleavage could be the perfect place break the film in two. But I for my part, will argue that Agora is is is, and I'll be happy it it again in the future, if not at least appreciate the epic historical story.
